You are not lost. You are between versions of yourself.

The resumes are written. The expectations are set. The “right path” has been walked. And for the first time in decades you ask:

What do I want the next chapter to say?

One participant put it simply: "I used my natural mode for 50+ years. It worked. Until it didn't.

This monthly NeuroGraphica® practice is for women in midlife who see it not as something to fix, but as a powerful new phase to be shaped — consciously, creatively, and on their own terms.

Midlife is not the end of the story. It is the moment when the next chapter requires conscious design.

Does this feel familiar?

You wake up in the morning and for a moment the house is too quiet. Is this the second half of life… or just a slow fading of the first?

Your children are growing independent.

Your work feels predictable.

Your schedule is suddenly… open.

And yet instead of freedom, something else settles in. Questions:

Who am I now?

What do I actually want next?

You find yourself searching late at night:

why do I feel lost now that my kids are gone?
how do you restart life at 50?
why do I suddenly feel invisible?

what to do when old patterns stop working?

If these questions have crossed your mind, you are not alone.

What we do here

Once a month we meet for a 90-minute guided NeuroGraphica® session.

The session includes a short introduction, guided drawing practice, and reflection as the drawing unfolds.

NeuroGraphica® is a structured drawing method that helps people work with complex emotions, internal conflicts, and life transitions through visual thinking.

Each session explores a theme relevant to midlife change.

Examples of topics:

• Reclaiming personal identity after years of caregiving
• Navigating uncertainty and life transitions
• Working with invisible emotional tension
• Where am I going now? (Rediscovering personal direction)
• Rebuilding inner energy and motivation

Each theme is simply a door.

You bring whatever is actually alive for you that month — grief, restlessness, curiosity, numbness. The method helps you draw your way into clarity.

You do not need artistic skills. The drawing is not about art.

It is about making inner processes visible — and moveable.

What you will receive

Each session includes:

• A guided NeuroGraphica® practice focused on a real psychological theme

• A new way to approach personal questions that feel difficult to articulate

• Space for reflection and integration

• Access to the recording so you can revisit the work later

• A private participant space for ongoing connection

Over time, a quieter mind and a clearer sense of which way is forward.

One participant said her "resource bank is expanding — and it feels a little new and uncomfortable."

That discomfort? It means something is actually changing.

You may attend any session independently. Each month stands on its own.

Join when you need the conversation.
